BERRY RIDGE ORCHARD, EDMONTON

Berry Ridge Orchard is located near Gibbons, Alberta, Canada, which is about 30 minutes north of Edmonton. The orchard overlooks the beautiful Sturgeon River valley, which is why “Ridge” is part of their name. They planted their first saskatoon bushes in 1993, and then planted more the next year and the year after that, for a total of about 40 acres of saskatoons.

BROEK PORK ACRES, COALHURST

This family run farm has been raising hogs since 2000. Their pasture raised animals are fed an all natural diet without any antibiotics, growth stimulants or animal by products. The Broek family raise Berkshire pigs, a rare breed originating in Britain. They are said to be Britain's oldest pig breed. Prized for juiciness, flavour and tenderness.

BROME LAKE DUCK, QUEBEC

Brome Lake Ducks has been specializing in the breeding of Peking duck since its establishment. Their ducks are naturally raised (not force-fed) for their meat, and the birds are also world-renowned for their tender juicy meat.
